Asilla(hereinafter referred to as "the Company") is engaged in the business of developing, operating, and providing video analysis technology software under the philosophy of "From a world where crimes and accidents happen to a world where they are prevented from happening to a world where they are prevented from happening".
The information assets we handle in our business, including customer information, are extremely important as the foundation of our management.
All persons handling information assets, including directors, officers, and employees, who recognize the importance of protecting information assets from risks such as leakage, damage, and loss, shall comply with this policy and practice activities to maintain information security, including confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets.

We have two goals for the future. The first is to make spaces kinder. For example, we will detect lost children and people in wheelchairs and provide immediate support. We will improve convenience for everyone, young and old, men and women.
And one more thing. One is to analyze the people reflected in the camera and enhance the value of the space. It predicts what the people who gather in that space will do or want to do. By reading the behavior of each individual, we make proposals to further activate the space.

We aim to achieve "No. 1 in the world" in the field of action recognition and achieve the "democratization of AI".

To protect information assets, we will establish information security policies and related rules and regulations, conduct business in accordance with these policies and regulations, and comply with laws, regulations, and other rules related to information security as well as the terms of our contracts with our customers.

We will clarify the criteria for analyzing and assessing the risk of leakage, damage, loss, etc. to information assets, establish a systematic risk assessment method, and conduct risk assessments on a regular basis. Based on the results, we will implement necessary and appropriate security measures.

We will establish an information security system led by a director in charge, and clarify the authority and responsibility for information security. In addition, we will regularly educate, train, and enlighten all employees to ensure that they recognize the importance of information security and handle information assets in an appropriate manner.

We will periodically inspect and audit the status of compliance with the Information Security Policy and the handling of information assets, and promptly take corrective action for any deficiencies or improvement items found.

We will take appropriate measures against the occurrence of information security events and incidents, and in the event of such incidents, we will establish a response procedure in advance to minimize damage, and in the event of an emergency, we will respond promptly and take appropriate corrective measures. In addition, we will ensure business continuity by establishing a framework for the management of incidents, especially those that could disrupt business operations, and by conducting periodic reviews of the framework.
