Nice to meet you. My name is Ito of Asilla.
I already have an article, but this is my first time writing one myself and I'm a little nervous (laughs).
For past articles, click here.
This time, I would like to introduce how I joined the company, my job, and my recent experience with Asilla.
First of all, I would like to explain how I joined AZIRA. I used to live in Machida area and happened to have a chance to talk with Mr. Kimura, the president of AZIRA.
I happened to have a chance to talk with Mr. Kimura, the president of the company, and I told him that I wanted to become a certified bookkeeper and work in the accounting field.
This is when the president asked me if I would like to work part-time at Asilla.
I was ignorant about AI, but somehow I thought this was a good opportunity and made an immediate decision, "I'll do it! I remember I made an immediate decision.
For about 3 months, I was working in a call center while I was working at the same time, but I was invited to join Asilla as a full-time employee, and now I am working as a member of Asilla.
I think the current members of Ajira may not know this story.
And so it has already been about two and a half years since I became involved with Asilla.
I have successfully obtained a level 2 bookkeeping qualification and am now working in the accounting field. My work starts with the usual journal entries, cost accounting, closing of accounts, preparation of consolidated settlement sheets with overseas subsidiaries, dealing with tax accountants and auditors, and so on.
Although this is unique to a start-up company, it is not at all necessary for me to do only accounting-related work.
At first, I didn't have any experience, so I didn't know anything about accounting or labor affairs, and I was just floundering around (laugh).
I researched from scratch, tried to do things right, made mistakes, redid them, and repeated the learning process.
Now that I am in my third year, I have gotten used to it!
Even so, there are still things I don't understand that will continue to come up in the future.
Each time, I will look it up again and repeat the process, hoping that it will gradually become my own experience.
Also, now that I am in my third year, I have a little more time on my hands, so I would like to try new things.
Lastly, about Asilla these days, the number of people in the same age group (in their 20s) has been increasing recently, and it is so lively that sometimes it seems as if we are back to being college students. It is so lively that it sometimes makes me feel like I am a college student again.
Everyone has their own personality and is very interesting to interact with!
Sometimes I think they are too noisy (laugh).
But when everyone does their job, they do it well!
Why don't you enjoy working at Asilla?
We are looking for a candidate for IPO promotion manager who will fight for IPO with various members.
