Daibiru Corporation (Headquarters: Osaka; President & CEO: Go Maruyama) and Asilla Inc. (Headquarters: Machida, Tokyo; CEO & COO: Go Onoue) have concluded a capital and business alliance agreement. The partnership aims to build new property management and operation models by leveraging Asilla's technology and products across Daibiru's real estate holdings.

Asilla, with the mission of "Creating a safe and comfortable world through the power of technology," independently researches and develops video analysis AI technology centered on behavior recognition AI. In January 2022, we released our first proprietary product, "AI Security asilla."

"AI Security asilla" analyzes security camera footage to detect and notify situations requiring human intervention, while leveraging various data obtained from video to contribute to the advancement and efficiency of security operations.

Since 2025, Daibiru and Asilla have collaborated on demonstration experiments and other initiatives involving "AI Security asilla" at Akihabara Daibiru, a property owned by Daibiru.

This track record of business co-creation and Asilla's proprietary technology have been highly evaluated, leading to this capital and business alliance.

Following this capital and business alliance, the two companies plan to collaborate as follows:

・ By integrating the knowledge cultivated through Daibiru's real estate operations with Asilla's AI technology and deepening business collaboration between both companies, we aim to further enhance the real estate value of Daibiru's properties and promote the widespread adoption of Asilla's AI technology.

・ Utilizing the global business foundation held by the Mitsui O.S.K. Lines Group and Daibiru, we will engage in repeated discussions regarding Asilla's overseas expansion.

・ We will explore synergies between the Mitsui O.S.K. Lines Group's core shipping business and Asilla's AI technology.
