Asilla, Inc. (Headquarters: Machida City, Tokyo; Representative Director and CEO: Go Onoue; hereinafter "Asilla"), which embraces the vision of "Creating a safe and comfortable world through the power of technology," is pleased to announce that it will exhibit at "VivaTechnology 2026" (June 17–20, 2026), one of Europe's largest tech events held in Paris, France, as a company selected for the Tokyo Metropolitan Government's "Viva Tech 2026 Exhibition Program."

Background and Aim of the Exhibition

Since launching its AI security system "AI Security asilla" in 2022, Asilla has deployed the system across a wide range of sites including commercial facilities, public transportation, and office buildings, with domestic installations now exceeding 200 locations. The shortage of security personnel and the need for more efficient facility operations are challenges shared worldwide. In particular, Asilla believes its solution — which leverages existing camera infrastructure — is highly compatible with Europe, where interest in DX that utilizes existing infrastructure is strong.

Asilla was recently selected for the "Europe Long-term Program (France)," a long-term dispatch program of "J-StarX," JETRO's overseas entrepreneur development program. Under this program, which spans on-site residency at "Station F" — one of the world's largest incubation facilities — through activities during the VivaTechnology 2026 period, Asilla has been advancing its European market expansion with Station F as its base.

As the culmination of this series of phases, Asilla will exhibit at "VivaTechnology 2026" as a company selected for the Tokyo Metropolitan Government's "Viva Tech 2026 Exhibition Program." By directly communicating the practical value of its behavior-recognition AI in a venue where investors and businesses from around the world gather, Asilla aims to expand local recognition and generate opportunities for business discussions and partnerships.

Exhibition Details

As one of the companies selected for the "Viva Tech 2026 Exhibition Program" operated by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government's Startup Strategy Promotion Headquarters, Asilla will exhibit in the Tokyo Metropolitan Government area ("Zone Tokyo") set up within the "JAPAN Village" inside the venue.

At its booth, Asilla will showcase solutions for facility safety and operational optimization powered by behavior-recognition AI. The company will introduce the "AI Security asilla" system, which uses AI to analyze existing security camera footage and detect abnormal behaviors such as violence, falls, and intrusions, with live demonstrations. Asilla will also share insights it has accumulated through domestic deployments in commercial facilities, public transportation, office buildings, and more.

The ability to achieve both safety and operational efficiency offers value to the European market, where operations with limited personnel and cost-consciousness are highly valued. Throughout the event, Asilla will engage with a diverse range of operators — including transportation, retail, facility management, and system integrators — to build local partnerships.

Future Outlook

Leveraging the local networks and market insights gained through this exhibition, Asilla will pursue expansion into European countries starting from France, and further into global markets.

By applying the operational know-how cultivated in Japan through behavior-recognition AI to European sites, Asilla aims to contribute to solving global challenges such as the shortage of security personnel and the need for greater operational efficiency.

About "AI Security asilla"

"AI Security asilla" is a system that uses AI to analyze existing security camera footage 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, instantly detecting abnormal behaviors such as violence, falls, and intrusions, as well as cautionary behaviors such as wandering, crowding, and signs of physical distress. Amid a deepening shortage of security personnel, the system captures anomalies that are easily missed through human monitoring and instantly notifies security staff and managers. Because it can utilize existing cameras as-is, no capital investment is required, making it a next-generation security solution that enables high levels of safety to be maintained even with limited personnel.
