Quantitative Understanding of Foot Traffic Data: Pedestrian counts are measured at key locations throughout the building, visualizing daily and monthly foot traffic trends. This enables the accumulation and sharing of facility operations data as objective metrics.
Visitor Demographic Analysis: Based on AI-powered attribute analysis (gender and age group), the actual composition of visitors is identified. The collected data is planned for use as foundational material for future target selection and service improvements.
Preparation for Strategy Effectiveness Evaluation: By recording foot traffic changes during events and other occasions as data, this will serve as an analytical foundation for optimizing future leasing activities and promotional strategies.
