This deployment is part of "TS-Zero®," a next-generation security system that leverages advanced technology promoted by Tokyu Security, and further expands the initiatives that Asilla and the Tokyu Group have been deepening across various business areas.

Asilla and the Tokyu Group have continuously worked on improving safety through AI technology across multiple business areas, including the railway and facility management domains.
In the railway domain, joint development of AI models tailored to station-specific environments is underway at multiple stations operated by Tokyu Railways Co., Ltd., along with proof-of-concept trials to improve detection accuracy for white cane and wheelchair users. In collaboration with Tokyu Security, Asilla has also built advanced security operations that detect and respond to unauthorized intrusions at railway depots.
In the facility management domain, "AI Security asilla" has been operating as the core system of "TS-Zero®" since the 2023 opening of "Tokyu Kabukicho Tower," accumulating a track record of AI-powered security at large-scale facilities.
Based on these results, and with the aim of further advancing security DX in the Shibuya area, Asilla and Tokyu Security have decided to launch proof-of-concept trials at "Shibuya Stream," "Shibuya Hikarie," and "Shibuya AXSH," and to officially deploy the system at "SHIBUYA SCRAMBLE SQUARE," a landmark of the same area.
*"TS-Zero®" is a service provided by Tokyu Security that combines "cloud-recorded security cameras" and "AI image analysis technology" with security operations.
At SHIBUYA SCRAMBLE SQUARE, under the security operation led by Tokyu Security, the detection accuracy of "AI Security asilla" and the effectiveness of on-site operations have been continuously verified.
As a result, its practicality in enabling rapid incident recognition through 24/7/365 continuous monitoring and contributing to faster initial response by security personnel was confirmed, leading to this official deployment.
This deployment utilizes "AI Security asilla" to advance facility operations along the following three axes:
Early detection of anomalous and cautionary behaviors and immediate response: AI detects falls and violent acts inside the building, as well as prolonged loitering or sitting near entrances, in real time, and instantly notifies on-site security personnel, enabling faster initial response.
Accident prevention and maintenance of a comfortable facility environment: By detecting unusual behavior on escalators to prevent accidents before they occur, and monitoring prohibited acts such as skateboard riding, the system helps maintain a safe and comfortable facility environment.
Improved security operations efficiency and quality: Continuous AI monitoring prevents human oversight, reduces some patrol and standing-guard duties, and aims to optimally allocate limited personnel to higher-priority tasks.
Building on this official deployment, from FY2026 onward, the companies will deepen consideration of broader applications, including increasing the number of cameras.
