Asilla, Inc. (Headquarters: Machida, Tokyo; CEO: Go Onoue; hereinafter “Asilla”), whose vision is “a safe and comfortable world through the power of technology,” announced that in September 2026 it was registered as an AI ISV (Independent Software Vendor) in the Developer category of the “Cisco 360 Partner Program,” run by Cisco Systems G.K. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President: Yoshiyuki Hamada; hereinafter “Cisco”), in recognition of its proprietary AI video analytics technologies, including behavior recognition AI. Asilla is the first Japanese AI ISV to be registered.
Through this partner program, Asilla will further strengthen the integration of its product portfolio—including the AI security system “AI Security asilla” and built on its proprietary behavior recognition AI and AI video analytics—with Cisco’s industry-leading AI infrastructure technologies, and will advance the development and market rollout of new AI-powered solutions.

Since its founding in 2015, Asilla has specialized in the research and development of behavior recognition AI, which understands human behavior from video, and has developed proprietary models that classify behaviors such as falls, fights, intrusion, and loitering with high accuracy. In 2022, Asilla launched the AI security system “AI Security asilla” based on this technology, which is now deployed at approximately 250 sites across Japan.
Asilla was registered as a Developer in the Cisco 360 Partner Program in recognition of its use cases leveraging proprietary behavior recognition AI, their value in the market, and the further potential offered by integration with Cisco technologies. Going forward, Asilla will deepen the integration of its AI solutions, including “AI Security asilla,” with Cisco technologies, and drive the creation of new use cases and market expansion in the edge AI domain.
Asilla and Cisco will work together to combine Asilla’s behavior recognition AI and AI video analytics technologies with Cisco’s AI infrastructure to deliver AI solutions tailored to customers’ diverse environments and needs.
Currently, with AI use in edge environments in mind, the companies are working on a solution that combines “Cisco Unified Edge” with “AI Security asilla.” Cisco Unified Edge is an AI-ready edge platform that integrates computing, networking, security, and more. Its core component, the “Cisco UCS XE9305 Chassis,” features a space-saving modular design and supports GPU-accelerated AI workloads.
Beyond Cisco Unified Edge, the two companies will explore integration with a range of Cisco AI infrastructure, aiming to create solutions that support customers’ AI adoption from the edge to the data center.

Asilla will proceed with implementing “AI Security asilla” on the Cisco UCS XE9305 to enable real-time video analytics in edge environments. Asilla also envisions offering customized video analytics solutions tailored to customer requirements, such as crime prevention, monitoring and care, and retail analytics.
In addition, by supporting Cisco’s platform, which offers high reliability in both networking and security, Asilla expects to expand adoption in markets with particularly strict network and security requirements, such as large enterprises, public institutions, hospitals, and financial institutions. Asilla will also strengthen collaboration with global partners toward the development of next-generation VLM technology and overseas expansion, including Europe, the Middle East, and ASEAN.
To continue delivering new value to customers in the AI era, collaboration with partners that have their own unique strengths is essential, in addition to Cisco’s technological capabilities. We are delighted to welcome Asilla as the first Japanese AI ISV to join the Cisco 360 Partner Program as a Developer partner. By combining Asilla’s advanced behavior recognition AI with Cisco’s robust infrastructure spanning from the edge to the data center, we will accelerate solutions to challenges in security, monitoring, and other frontline settings. We strongly look forward to expanding innovative AI use cases born in Japan to broader markets through the collaboration between our two companies.
Since our founding, Asilla has focused on one thing—understanding human behavior from video—and has steadily built up its technology. We see our registration as the first Japanese AI ISV in the Developer category of the Cisco 360 Partner Program as recognition that our journey meets global standards.
This registration is a stepping stone for our two companies to pursue concrete initiatives together. By combining Cisco’s foundational technologies with our behavior recognition AI, we believe we can deliver safety and security to sites of a scale and in environments where adoption has previously been difficult.

“AI Security asilla” analyzes existing security camera footage with AI 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, instantly detecting abnormal behaviors such as violence, falls, and intrusion, as well as behaviors that require attention, such as loitering, crowding, and signs of illness. Amid a worsening shortage of security personnel, it captures anomalies that are easily missed by human monitoring and immediately notifies security staff and managers. Because it works with existing cameras, no additional capital investment is required, making it a next-generation security solution that maintains a high level of safety even with limited staff.
