Asilla has conducted a demonstration experiment in collaboration with Odakyu Building Service as part of an initiative to support the company’s goal of providing a safe and secure environment for all passengers within station premises.
In this demonstration, one of the functions of “AI Security asilla” was utilized to detect passengers using wheelchairs or white canes from existing station surveillance camera footage.
Through this experiment, the usefulness and reliability of the solution were confirmed, which led to the decision to introduce “asilla” at selected stations on the Odakyu Line.
In this initiative, Asilla has introduced “AI Security asilla” to existing surveillance camera footage installed at ticket gates in selected Odakyu Line stations.
During railway operating hours, when passengers using wheelchairs or white canes are detected, the system immediately notifies station staff and administrators, enabling them to quickly understand the situation and respond appropriately.
Through the introduction of this system, Asilla aims to enable faster situational awareness within station premises and further enhance safety and security for station users.
