Asilla Inc. Through this program, asilla announces that it will collaborate with Panasonic EW's "Manufacturing & Workplace Innovation Division" to develop and commercialize a "Factory Well-Being and Advanced Safety" solution leveraging behavior analysis technology.

"Panasonic Accelerator by Electric Works Company" is a program jointly organized by Panasonic EW and ReGACY Innovation Group Inc.
The program aims to co-create with startups possessing outstanding advanced technologies and expertise, accelerating new business creation through the transformation of "Living Infrastructure."
For FY2025, the program focused on two key themes: "Well-being" and "Energy management." In January 2026, asilla was selected as one of five startups to participate, with its adopted theme of "Improving factory productivity through behavior analysis technology × Well-being-oriented space design."

At the Demo Day held on Wednesday, March 18, 2026, at the Panasonic Tokyo Shiodome Building, asilla and Panasonic EW's "Manufacturing Innovation Division" delivered a joint presentation. With Panasonic EW executives serving as judges, the team presented a concrete business concept centered on the adopted theme of "behavior analysis technology" — one that visualizes unsafe behaviors and latent risks on the manufacturing floor while simultaneously improving worker Well-being and factory productivity.
The presentation demonstrated how the combination of asilla's "pose estimation technology" and the emerging "VLM (Vision-Language Model)" technology can contribute to preventing workplace accidents and fostering a culture of safety.
