At this office, Asilla will operate its AI security system "AI Security asilla" and its people-flow data utilization platform "asilla BIZ," using the office as a real-world operating environment for its own products.

In November 2025, Asilla won first place at "FRONTIER PITCH TOKYO for Startups 2025," a pitch contest hosted by Sun Frontier Fudousan. As a prize, Asilla received one year of free use of "+SHIFT Nihombashi Sakuradori," Sun Frontier Fudousan's newly-built fully-furnished office, and has now officially moved in and begun operations there.
In recent years, a stable base of operations and an environment in which products can be continuously validated in real-world conditions have become a foundation for business growth for startups. Through this move, Asilla will leverage the fully-furnished office provided by Sun Frontier Fudousan as a venue for demonstrating and evolving its behavior-recognition AI, accelerating social implementation.
Asilla will use this office not only as a new base for business development, but also as a real-world operating environment for its own products. Specifically, it will advance the following three initiatives.
By establishing a new base of operations in the Nihombashi area, Asilla will strengthen collaboration with customers and partners in the Tokyo metropolitan area and build the framework for further business expansion.
"AI Security asilla" will analyze camera footage in work areas and shared spaces to enable early detection of suspicious intrusions and abnormal behavior, while "asilla BIZ" will visualize people-flow data such as foot traffic and occupancy within the office.
This will simultaneously achieve office safety and an accurate understanding of how workspaces and meeting rooms are actually used.
By using its own office as a real-world operating environment, Asilla will quickly feed back on-site insights to its development team, continuously running the product improvement cycle.
Through these initiatives, Asilla will utilize Nihombashi as a new business base while continuously validating the effectiveness of its products in the familiar setting of an office.
These insights will be applied to concretize use-case models for office buildings and to inform future collaboration with Sun Frontier Fudousan.

"+SHIFT Nihombashi Sakuradori" is a newly-built office building in Sun Frontier Fudousan's "+SHIFT" series, developed under the concept of "shifting to the next era." It is located in a prime spot — a 3-minute walk from Nihombashi Station and within walking distance of Tokyo Station — combining excellent access with the brand strength unique to the Nihombashi area.
Each floor is configured as a fully-furnished office, with interiors and furniture in place so tenants can start operations immediately. In addition to a reception area, meeting rooms, and telecon booths, the building features a rooftop lounge and balcony available to tenants.

"AI Security asilla" is a system that uses AI to analyze existing security camera footage 24/7, instantly detecting abnormal behaviors such as violence, falls, and intrusion, as well as cautionary behaviors such as wandering, crowding, and signs of poor health.
Amid a worsening shortage of security personnel, it captures anomalies that are easy to miss with human monitoring alone and immediately notifies security staff and managers. Because existing cameras can be used as-is, no additional equipment investment is required, making it a next-generation security solution that maintains a high level of safety even with limited staffing.
"asilla BIZ" is a people-flow analytics platform that uses existing security camera footage and AI-driven video analysis to collect and analyze people-flow data.
It supports people counting, congestion measurement within designated areas and camera views, and analysis of congestion trends by day of the week and time of day, with various additional applications planned in the future.
By visualizing the flow of people within a facility, it contributes to more efficient facility operation and improved customer experience.
