My name is Wakasa of Asilla Corporation. In this article, I would like to share an incident in a project that I experienced in order to give you an idea of what we do at Asilla.

1.What is a project in Asilla?

Asilla has many projects running concurrently, including in-house R&D and joint development with other companies, etc. According to PMP (Project Manegement Professional), "A project is work of a fixed-term nature that is carried out to create a unique product, service, or product. ." This means that a project is defined as a project that begins and ends with the creation of a unique product, service, or product. In other words, a project is work that has a clearly defined start and end period and produces a planned output within a limited period of time. If the project goes smoothly, the project can be finished within the period with a comfortable time frame, but if a lot of troubles occur, the project can get busy close to the deadline. At Asilla, our Japanese subsidiary is mainly in charge of project management, while our Vietnamese subsidiary's engineers carry out development. Therefore, in order to execute the project smoothly, it is necessary for the members of the Japanese and Vietnamese corporations to communicate closely with each other.

2.An incident in a project

In one project, various problems occurred in the final stages of the project and we were on a very tight schedule to the deadline. As a result, we were able to finish everything within the deadline, but it was a difficult situation near the deadline. The following is part of the communication between myself and an engineer in Hanoi ("E") when we were able to successfully complete the entire project close to the project deadline.

(I): Now you've done everything in one piece, right?

(E): Yes! Congratulations! Be careful on your way home!

(I): Oh, I missed the last train.

(E):Wow. Are you going to sleep in the office?

(I):No, can I go home now? (Laughs)

(I): Oh, come on. I'll get you ready (Laughs) (I): Thanks (Laughs). Well, I'll stay at a hotel nearby.

(E): A lot has happened, but it was fun working with you! Thank you!

Friends who fought together

Of course, it would be best if we could finish the project with some leeway, but the above situation may occur on rare occasions. However, no matter what the situation, Ajira members have the spirit of never giving up. It is one of the best parts of working at Asilla to be able to experience the sense of accomplishment of having successfully completed a project together with talented members from all over the world.
