AI警備システム「アジラ」を提供する、株式会社アジラ（本社：東京都町田市、代表取締役：木村 大介）は、更なる事業成長とコーポレートガバナンス強化のため、2023年4月より新経営体制を発足いたしました。
アジラは設立9期目に突入し、体制強化に取り組んでいます。この度、さらなる事業規模の拡大と、経営体制を強化すべく、取締役 COOに尾上 剛、取締役 CTOとして若狭 政啓、執行役員 CFOに橋本 豪介が就任いたしました。また、渾大防 清氏を社外取締役に招聘したことをご報告いたします。
新体制のもと、アジラは現在注力している、AI警備システム『アジラ』の普及を加速させ、「あらゆる空間価値を高める社会インフラとなる」という当社ビジョンの実現に向けてより一層邁進してまいります。
