Asilla Inc. (Headquarters: Machida, Tokyo; Representative Director and CEO: Tsuyoshi Onoe) will officially launch the "Attribute Analysis" and "Custom Report" features for its pedestrian flow analysis platform, "asilla BIZ," starting in March 2026. These features, previously available as a beta version, are built upon the company's proprietary behavioral recognition AI technology.

"asilla BIZ" has been highly praised for its convenience, as it utilizes existing cameras without requiring dedicated sensors, and has been implemented in over 40 facilities to date. Since the release of the beta version of Attribute Analysis in July 2025, we have continuously refined the algorithms through operations in various settings, such as commercial facilities and office buildings, successfully halving the rate of unidentified attributes (NA rate) compared to previous versions. With more than 80% of participating facilities already utilizing the attribute analysis feature and achieving stable data delivery in real-world operations, we have officially moved to a full-scale release.
The following features will be implemented as the official version with this release:
The AI automatically estimates the gender and age group (under 10s to 60s and above) of visitors from security camera footage and visualizes this attribute information. Since attribute data for each passing line can be displayed chronologically, users can grasp demographic comparisons between different areas or changes resulting from customer attraction initiatives at a glance.

The system automatically aggregates measured headcount and attribute data on a daily or monthly basis. In addition to generating highly visual reports, data can be exported in CSV format, enabling seamless internal reporting and multifaceted analysis.

Asilla will continue to improve the accuracy of these newly finalized features while expanding functionality to meet specific on-site challenges. By using pedestrian flow visualization as a foundation, we aim to strongly drive digital transformation (DX) in facility management and contribute to the creation of safer, more comfortable, and high-value spaces.
"asilla BIZ" is a pedestrian flow analysis platform that collects and analyzes data through AI-powered video analysis using existing security camera footage. It enables features such as people counting, congestion measurement within specific areas or camera views, and analysis of congestion trends by day of the week and time of day, with plans for further application expansions. By "visualizing" the flow of people, the platform contributes to more efficient facility operations and an enhanced customer experience.
Since its official release last May, "asilla BIZ" has been progressively adopted at various facilities, including "HARAJUKU QUEST," "URBANNET Nagoya Nexta Building," "URBANNET Nagoya Building," and "URBANNET Sendai Chuo Building."
