Our Mission

Amid a trend of increasing crime recognition numbers for the first time in 20 years, the labor force in Japan, including the security industry, is on a continuous decline. It is predicted that by 2030, there will be a shortage of 6.44 million workers. We aim to bridge this gap using the power of AI technology to reclaim a safe and comfortable Japan.

To achieve this mission, our proprietary product "AI Security asilla" is a security and monitoring support tool equipped with world-class behavior recognition AI. By transforming existing security cameras with AI, it can instantly notify of abnormal or suspicious behaviors, aiding in the prevention of incidents and accidents. Currently, its implementation is rapidly expanding in various facilities including large commercial complexes, office buildings, apartments, hospitals, railways, and factories.

Furthermore, we are continuously adding new features that create additional value, such as shoplifting detection and people counting. We are committed to enhancing the value of all spaces and becoming a vital social infrastructure.

Job Description

Stable operation is an absolute requirement for security systems. The team will work together to realize stable operation and scalability by fully utilizing various ideas and knowledge, and promote the social implementation of products that will change the security industry.

■Job Responsibilities

・Overall management of the operations team

・Collaborate with the business team to promote rapid implementation of products

・Build and operate servers and networks in both cloud and on-premise environments.

・Establishment of monitoring environment for fault detection and resource planning

・Build a security-conscious linkage between the client network and product servers.

・Promote automation of deployment, testing, etc.

Qualifications/Requirements for Application

■Required Skills and Experience

・Knowledge of Linux server operation, TCP/IP, HTTP, and other networking technologies

・Management experience

■Welcomed skills and experience

・Knowledge of security and building a monitoring environment for fault detection and resource planning

・Basic knowledge of AWS

Salary

The salary is a guideline and may vary through the selection process. The monthly salary includes a fixed overtime allowance.

Estimated annual salary: 8-10 million yen + stock options to be granted

Monthly salary: 666,670 yen - 833,334 yen

Includes fixed overtime allowance of 158,750 yen to 198,400 yen (for 40 hours).
