(Headquarters: Machida, Tokyo; CEO & COO: Takeshi Onoue) have concluded a capital and business alliance agreement. Asilla, whose mission is "Creating a safe and comfortable world through the power of technology," independently develops video analytics AI technology centered on behavior recognition AI. Since launching its first proprietary product, AI Security asilla, in January 2022, the system has been adopted across numerous facilities.
AI Security asilla analyzes security camera footage to detect and notify situations requiring human response, while utilizing various data obtained from video to enhance and streamline security operations.
Since 2025, Daibiru and Asilla have been collaborating on proof-of-concept testing of AI Security asilla at Akihabara Daibiru, a property owned by Daibiru. The track record of business co-creation and Asilla's proprietary technology led to this capital and business alliance.
By combining Daibiru's property management expertise with Asilla's AI technology and deepening business collaboration, the alliance aims to further enhance the value of Daibiru's real estate portfolio and promote wider adoption of Asilla's AI technology.
The partners will leverage the Mitsui O.S.K. Lines Group and Daibiru's global business platform to explore Asilla's international expansion.
Additionally, they will examine synergies between the Mitsui O.S.K. Lines Group's core shipping business and Asilla's AI technology.
