Asilla, Inc. (Headquarters: Machida City, Tokyo; Representative Director and CEO: Go Onoue; hereinafter "Asilla"), which upholds the vision of "Creating a safe and comfortable world through the power of technology," will exhibit at the Nishi-Shinjuku Smart City Lab (North exhibition space, 2nd floor, Tokyo Metropolitan Government Main Building No. 1), operated by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government, from Wednesday, July 1 to Sunday, August 30, 2026.

The Nishi-Shinjuku Smart City Lab is operated and exhibited by the Digital Services Bureau of the Tokyo Metropolitan Government, using part of the exhibition space on the north side of the 2nd floor of the Metropolitan Government Main Building No. 1. Its purpose is to communicate and provide hands-on experiences of services that use cutting-edge digital technologies, to foster exchange, and to share initiatives related to smart cities.
At this venue, Asilla will exhibit content that lets visitors experience the proprietary behavior-recognition AI developed by the company. This content uses AI to analyze the movements of people captured by a camera in real time and displays the motion of each person's feature points on screen. This is the same technology built into "AI Security asilla," an AI security system that analyzes human movement from security camera footage in real time. Through their own movements, visitors can enjoy experiencing the "AI's perspective"—how AI perceives people—which usually cannot be seen.
In addition, the venue will feature an introductory video of "AI Security asilla," which helps keep towns safe. From the flow of a person's posture and movements, it detects "unusual movements" such as falls, unsteadiness, and crouching, and visitors can see how it is actually used in the field.

"AI Security asilla" is a system in which AI analyzes existing security camera footage 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, instantly detecting abnormal behaviors such as violence, falls, and intrusion, as well as behaviors requiring attention such as wandering, crowding, and signs of poor physical condition. Amid a deepening shortage of security personnel, it captures anomalies that are easily missed by human monitoring and immediately notifies security staff and administrators. Because it can use existing cameras as they are, no capital investment is required, and it is a next-generation security solution that maintains a high level of safety even with limited personnel.
