Asilla, Inc. (Headquarters: Machida City, Tokyo; Representative Director and CEO: Go Onoue; hereinafter "Asilla"), which pursues the vision of "A safe and comfortable world through the power of technology," today announced that the AI security system "AI Security asilla" has entered full operation as of August 2026 at four office buildings in Tokyo operated and managed by DAIBIRU CORPORATION (Headquarters: Kita-ku, Osaka; Representative Director, President and Chief Executive Officer: Hirofumi Kuwata; hereinafter "Daibiru").
Through this rollout, the two companies will deliver improvements in safety, comfort, and operational efficiency in an integrated manner, driving the creation of new value for urban office buildings.

Asilla and Daibiru began a proof-of-concept trial of "AI Security asilla" at Akihabara Daibiru Building in August 2025. In October of the same year, the two companies concluded a capital and business alliance agreement with the aim of building a new management and operation model that applies Asilla's technologies and products across the real estate Daibiru owns.
Over roughly one year at Akihabara Daibiru Building, the trial repeatedly validated how detections from "AI Security asilla" could be applied to day-to-day security operations. With continuous AI-based detection in place, security shifts and staff placement were optimized — for example, by converting stationary posts to patrol rounds during certain hours. Reports generated from detection logs have also made the safety status of the facility more visible.
Building on these results, operation expanded on August 1, 2026 to three additional buildings — Yaesu Daibiru Building, Hibiya Daibiru Building, and Uchisaiwaicho Daibiru Building — bringing the total to four buildings including Akihabara Daibiru Building.

The main components of this deployment are as follows.
1. Digital transformation of building security through AI–human collaboration
Under the capital and business alliance, Daibiru and Asilla are advancing both the safety of Daibiru-owned buildings and the digital transformation of building management operations using behavior recognition AI. In this full rollout, "AI Security asilla" detects anomalies and early signs of danger in real time from existing security camera footage, making previously unseen risks visible and supporting rapid response by security personnel. Coverage extends from building interiors to outdoor public open spaces, and is being applied to a broad range of facility operation challenges, including responses to nuisance behavior.
2. Building a new management model through unified operation across four key central Tokyo properties
By operating "AI Security asilla" across the four buildings in Akihabara, Yaesu, Hibiya, and Uchisaiwaicho, Daibiru will maintain and raise a consistent standard of safety across the group. Insights gained through the proof-of-concept trial will be applied to operations at each building, establishing a model case for AI-enabled building management starting from major properties in central Tokyo.
Through this deployment, Asilla and Daibiru will work to ensure safety and security by maintaining and improving security quality, and to enhance comfort for tenants and visitors.
The two companies will continue to strengthen their collaboration under the capital and business alliance, contributing to the creation of new AI-enabled building management models and to further enhancing the value of Daibiru's properties.
"AI Security asilla" is a system in which AI analyzes existing security camera footage 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, instantly detecting abnormal behavior such as violence, falls, and intrusion, as well as behavior requiring attention such as wandering, crowding, and signs of poor physical condition. As shortages of security personnel grow more severe, it captures irregularities that are easy to miss through human observation alone and immediately notifies security staff and administrators. Because existing cameras can be used as they are, no capital investment in equipment is required, making it a next-generation security solution that sustains a high level of safety even with limited staffing.
