Asilla Inc. (Headquarters: Machida, Tokyo; Representative Director and CEO: Go Onoue; hereinafter "Asilla"), which advances the vision of "A safe and comfortable world through the power of technology," announced that its AI security system "AI Security asilla" has been deployed at multiple facilities operated and managed by group companies of XYMAX Group Corporation (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President and Representative Director: Hideo Karashima; hereinafter "XYMAX Group"). In addition, the people-flow data platform "asilla BIZ" has also entered operation. At the facilities concerned, security operations are handled by Max Security Service Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President and Representative Director: Naoki Shirakawa; hereinafter "Max Security Service"), a group company of the XYMAX Group.

In December 2024, Asilla, XYMAX Group, and Max Security Service concluded a business alliance covering the handling of "AI Security asilla." This was followed in March 2025 by a capital alliance between Asilla and XYMAX Group. Through these partnerships, the three companies have worked together to build next-generation security operations based on "people × AI."
Under this collaboration, "AI Security asilla" is now in operation at four facilities where Max Security Service provides on-site security. At three of these facilities, "asilla BIZ" is also in operation, contributing to greater operational efficiency and added value through both people-flow visibility and strengthened security.

The main components of this deployment are as follows.
Together with Asilla, Max Security Service is working to transform security operations from a people-centered model into a next-generation model in which people and machines work in tandem.
By detecting anomalies and irregularities in real time from existing security camera footage — such as prolonged loitering or unauthorized entry — "AI Security asilla" makes early warning signs visible that were previously easy to overlook, and supports security personnel in checking and responding to situations quickly.
This reduces the burden of patrols and monitoring carried out by staff, while achieving both improved safety and greater operational efficiency at each facility.
Through the people-flow data platform "asilla BIZ," the flow of people within each facility is accumulated as data and applied to more sophisticated property management (PM) operations and to next-generation facility operations.
At some facilities, verification is also underway as to whether existing people-flow analysis systems can be replaced by "asilla BIZ," exploring the potential for efficient data utilization using existing security cameras.
"asilla" is not limited to security applications; it also offers data utilization features such as people-flow analysis
Through this deployment, Asilla, XYMAX Group, and Max Security Service will work to ensure safety and security by maintaining and improving security quality, to enhance convenience and comfort for facility users, and to make facility operations more efficient and sophisticated through the use of data.
Asilla will continue to further strengthen its collaboration with XYMAX Group and Max Security Service, contributing to safe and comfortable facility operations through both AI-powered security and data utilization.

"AI Security asilla" is a system in which AI analyzes existing security camera footage 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, instantly detecting abnormal behavior such as violence, falls, and intrusion, as well as behavior requiring attention such as wandering, crowding, and signs of illness. As shortages of security personnel grow more severe, it captures irregularities that human monitoring can easily miss and immediately notifies security staff and managers. Because existing cameras can be used as they are, no additional capital investment is required, making it a next-generation security solution that maintains a high level of safety even with limited personnel.
"asilla BIZ" is a platform in which AI analyzes existing security camera footage to visualize people-flow data such as visitor counts, congestion levels, and the gender and age group of visitors within a facility. It quantifies patterns of use that were previously difficult to see, supporting the optimization of security staffing, cleaning, and customer attraction measures. Because existing cameras can be used as they are, no dedicated sensors are required, making it a next-generation data utilization solution that enhances the value of a space at low cost.
