Asilla, Inc. (Headquarters: Machida, Tokyo; Representative Director and CEO: Go Onoue; hereinafter "Asilla"), whose vision is "Creating a safe and comfortable world through the power of technology," is pleased to announce the publication of a case study on the use of its AI security system "AI Security asilla" at JP Tower Nagoya, a large-scale mixed-use complex.
At the facility, Tokyu Community Corporation (Headquarters: Setagaya-ku, Tokyo; President and Representative Director: Tomoyuki Hayakawa; hereinafter "Tokyu Community") is responsible for facility management, and ALSOK Aichi Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Nagoya, Aichi; President and Representative Director: Kenichiro Matsumoto; hereinafter "ALSOK Aichi") is responsible for security, with the two companies working together to make use of "AI Security asilla."

Directly connected to Nagoya Station, JP Tower Nagoya is a 40-story, large-scale mixed-use complex. As a facility serving diverse purposes, it requires safety management suited to its character, and the challenge was how to protect the safety of a vast facility used by large numbers of people every day with limited personnel.
"With AI covering the entire facility 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, we can now detect and respond early to events that patrols alone could not catch."
The facility began a proof-of-concept trial of "AI Security asilla" in October 2024 and, after confirming its effectiveness, moved to full-scale operation. What has changed on-site as a result? We spoke in detail with Miyazaki, Manager of the JP Tower Nagoya Operations Center at Tokyu Community, which handles facility management, and Sano, Captain of the JP Tower Nagoya Security Team at ALSOK Aichi Co., Ltd., which handles on-site security, about the background to the introduction, how the system is used on-site, and their outlook for the future.
We encourage operators considering a review of the security framework at large facilities, or AI-powered safety management, to read this case study.
JP Tower Nagoya is a mixed-use complex directly connected to Nagoya Station that brings together offices, the commercial facility "KITTE Nagoya," and a hall & conference center.
Within this vast facility, there were many areas requiring attention, and a mechanism was needed to further strengthen the conventional patrol-based framework.
As the project progressed from the proof-of-concept trial to full-scale operation, the following effects have been realized on-site.
Please refer to this case study as a practical example of addressing these challenges.
For "AI Security asilla," we accept requests at any time for demonstrations using existing camera footage and for consultations on introduction tailored to your facility's circumstances.
Facility managers and security service providers with concerns about their security framework are welcome to contact us.

[Next-Generation AI Security System "AI Security asilla" Begins Full-Scale Operation at JP Tower Nagoya] (Japanese)
https://jp.asilla.com/post/jptower-nagoya-20250527
"AI Security asilla" is a system in which AI analyzes existing security camera footage 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, instantly detecting abnormal behavior such as violence, falls, and intrusion, as well as behavior requiring attention such as loitering, crowding, and physical distress. Amid a worsening shortage of security personnel, it captures anomalies that are easily missed by human monitoring and immediately notifies security guards and managers. Because existing cameras can be used as they are, no capital investment in equipment is required, making it a next-generation security solution that maintains a high level of safety even with limited personnel.
